MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 10:10 A.M. on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Winkler called the meeting at 10:10 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Esther Agbaje moved that the minutes of February 25, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler presented House Resolution 2021-R12C: Resolution on Mask Enforcement. Patrick McCormack, Director of House Research – Research Department, testified on House Resolution 2021-R12C.
Representative Kurt Daudt presented amendments A2 and A4.
Representative Barb Haley presented amendment A1.
A discussion took place.
No action was taken on House Resolution 2021-R12C. No action was taken on amendments A2, A4, and A1.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:39 A.M.
