MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 3:50 P.M. on Thursday, March 25, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Winkler called the meeting at 3:50 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Esther Agbaje moved that the minutes of March 23, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved to adopt Resolution 2021 – R13: Vacation Accumulation Limit. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved to waive committee deadlines for future action on HF41, HF600, HF1691, and HF2284 pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 6. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:54 P.M.
