Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 11:16 A.M. on Friday, May 14, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Winkler called the meeting at 11:16 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Esther Agbaje moved that the minutes of May 13, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved adoption of 2021-P5H-1, Policy on Public Health and Safety in Response to COVID-19. Patrick McCormack, Director of House Research – Research Department, testified on the Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:21 A.M.
