MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 9:45 A.M. on Monday, January 31, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Winkler called the meeting at 9:45A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Sydney Jordan moved that the minutes of January 20, 2022 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved adoption of the Policy 2022-P5H-3: Policy on Public Health and Safety in Response to COVID-19. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Resources Department, testified. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:48 A.M.
