MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 9:50 A.M. on Monday, May 9, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Winkler called the meeting at 9:50 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Esther Agbaje moved that the minutes of May 5, 2022 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved that the Calendar of the Day for May 11, 2022 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved to waive committee deadlines for future action on SF 4476 pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and House Concurrent Resolution 15, and that the bill be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:52 A.M.
