TAX COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Tax Committee meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 3, 2022, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lislegard moved the approval of the March 2, 2022 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3307 (Nelson, N.) Farm machinery definition modified to include fencing material,
and exemption provided for construction material for farm fencing material.

Representative Lislegard moved that HF 3307 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Nelson presented the bill.

Representative Marquart moved that HF 3827 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Marquart presented the bill.
