MINUTES


Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00pm on March 18, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Petersburg moved to adopt the minutes from the March 16 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 1199 (Klevorn) - Driving privilege reinstatement with ignition interlock provided.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF 1199 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Rep. Klevorn gave an overview of HF 1199.

Chair Hornstein moved that the H1199A4 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hornstein moved to lay over HF 985 for possible inclusion in a finance bill.

Chair Hornstein moved to lay over HF 381 for possible inclusion in a finance bill.

Chair Hornstein moved that the H0381DE1 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Sundin gave an overview of HF 381, as amended.

Chair Hornstein laid over HF 381.


Chair Hornstein adjourned the meeting at 2:30pm.
