CAPITAL INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Fue Lee, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:02 AM on April 30, 2024, in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 5162 (Lee, F.) Early childhood learning and child protection facilities funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Reyer moved that the minutes from April 29, 2024 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 5220 (Lee F.) will be the vehicle bill for the 2024 Bonding Bill.
HF 5162 (Lee F.) will be the vehicle bill for the 2024 General Fund Capital Investment Bill.
