COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Zack Stephenson Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:39 A.M. on May 1, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved to approve the minutes for April 17, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF5363 (Frazier); Minnesota Paid Leave Law; paid leave provisions modified.

Chair Stephenson moved that HF5363 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Stephenson moved the A8 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Frazier presented HF5363 as amended.
