COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00PM on March 1, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

HF1771 (Bierman); Medical assistance and insurance coverage of psychiatric collaborative care model provided.

Representative Bierman moved that HF1771 be recommended to be referred to the Human Services Policy Committee.

Representative Bierman presented HF1771.

HF770 (Tabke); Life insurance governing provisions modified.

Representative Tabke moved that HF770 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.

Representative Tabke moved the H0770A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Tabke presented HF770, as amended.

HF2257; (Bahner); Minnesota Age-Appropriate Design Code Act created, obligations placed on businesses regarding children's consumer information, and attorney general enforcement provided.

Chair Stephenson moved that HF2257 be recommended to be referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.

Representative Bahner presented HF2257.

Chair Stephenson moved that HF1503 be recommended to be referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.

Chair Stephenson moved the H1503DE7 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
