Vice Chair Kotyza-Witthuhn moved approval of the minutes from March 14, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF742 (Norris); Firefighting foam use prohibited, exemptions allowed, reports required, and money appropriated.
Chair Stephenson moved that HF742 be recommended to be referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee.
Representative Norris presented HF742.
Chair Stephenson moved the H0742A7 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
