CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Children and Families Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 6:01 P.M. on March 8, 2023, in Room 200N of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hanson moved that the minutes from March 7, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2225 (Fischer) Prepared meals food relief grants established, and money appropriated.

Vice Chair Keeler moved to bring HF 2225 before the committee.

Vice Chair Keeler moved the A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDEMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hanson moved that HF 1198 be re-referred to the Committee on Human Services Finance.

Representative Hanson moved the A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
