Representative Hodan Hassan, Chair of the Committee on Economic Development Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:33 AM on February 1, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 318 (Hassan) Community wealth-building grant program created, community wealth-building account created, reports required, and money appropriated.

Representative Hassan moved to lay over HF 318.

Representative Hassan presented HF 318.

Representative Hassan renewed the motion to lay over HF 318. The bill was laid over.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:12 AM.
