HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES NINETY-THIRD SESSION

ELECTIONS FINANCE AND POLICY MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mike Freiberg, Chair of the Committee on Elections Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 8:33am on January 4th, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Members and staff introduced themselves to the committee.

Jeff Sigurdson, Executive Director of the Campaign Finance Board, presented an overview on the Campaign Finance Board.

Presentation by the Office of the Secretary of State on the Elections Administration Process:
• David Maeda, Director of Elections, Deputy Secretary of State
• Paul Linnell, Deputy Director of Elections

The meeting was adjourned at 9:54 AM.
