Representative Rick Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M. on October 23, 2023, in Room 120 of the Minnesota Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

• Dr. Kelly Straka, Wildlife Section Manager, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources

Water Storage and Lawns to Legumes presentation from the Minnesota Board on Water and Soil Resources.
