Representative Bierman, Vice Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:32 A.M. on March 13, 2024 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Vice Chair Bierman moved that HF3626 be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.
Vice Chair Bierman moved the A24-0226 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Vang presented her bill as amended.

HF2466 (Curran) Pharmacists authorized to prescribe, dispense, and administer drugs to prevent acquisition of human immunodeficiency virus; pharmacists authorized to order, conduct, and interpret laboratory tests necessary for therapy that uses drugs to prevent acquisition of human immunodeficiency virus.
Vice Chair Bierman moved that HF2466 be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.

HF1197 (Bahner) Licensed pharmacist authority expanded to initiate, order, and administer vaccines and medical and laboratory tests; and medical assistance coverage required.
Representative Bahner moved that HF1197 be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.
Representative Bahner moved the H1197A5 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
