MINUTES
Representative Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on January 24, 2023 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fischer moved that the minutes of January 19, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF16 (Hollins) Children or vulnerable adult conversion therapy prohibited, medical assistance coverage prohibited for conversion therapy, and misrepresentation of conversion therapy services or products prohibited.
Chair Liebling moved that HF16 be recommended to be re-referred to the Committee on Commerce Finance and Policy.
Chair Liebling moved the H0016A7 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Hollins presented her bill as amended.
