Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the House Higher Education Finance and Policy Committee, called the joint meeting of the House Higher Education Finance and Policy Committee and the Senate Higher Education Finance and Policy Committee to order at 7:03 PM on February 28, 2023, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building.
