HOUSING FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Michael Howard, Chair of the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on April 9, 2024, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Lead Johnson moved that the minutes of April 3, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2271 (Sencer-Mura) Family homeless prevention and assistance program funding
provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Howard moved that HF2271 be laid over for possible inclusion in a Housing Finance and Policy Committee omnibus bill.

Chair Howard moved that HF2271 A1 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Chair Howard moved that HF3210 be laid over for possible inclusion in a Housing Finance and Policy Committee omnibus bill.

Chair Howard moved that HF3210A3 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Lead Johnson presented HF3210A4 on an informational basis.
