HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Finance, called the meeting to order at 1:02 PM on April 18th , 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fischer moved that the minutes of April 4th, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Bahner moved the minutes of April 16th, 2024, to be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF5280(Noor)- Human Services Budget Bill

Chair Noor moved HF5280 to be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

I. HF5280 (Noor) - Human Services Budget Bill.

A delete-all amendment and spreadsheet to HF5280 will be posted on Monday, April 15. Walkthrough and public testimony on the DE Amendment will be taken on Tuesday, April 16. No action will be taken on the bill during the April 16 meeting.

Action will be taken on amendments and the bill on Thursday, April 18.
