HUMAN SERVICES POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Policy called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 11, 2024 in room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Frederick moved to approve the minutes from March 6, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 4480 (Noor) Increased Transparency in Related Party Transactions for Nursing Homes

Rep. Noor moved to refer HF 4480 to the General Register.

Rep. Noor explained the bill.
