Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 27, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.?

Representative Engen moved to approve the minutes from February 20, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1627 (Edelson) Access to substance use disorder treatment services governing policies modified, eligibility for home and community-based services workforce development grant modified, and workforce development grant money excluded from income for certain purposes.

Representative Edelson moved that HF 1627 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Edelson moved the H1627A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Edelson presented HF 1627 as amended.

Chair Fischer moved the H1683A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
