JUDICIARY FINANCE AND CIVIL LAW COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Jamie Becker-Finn, Chair of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on April 4, 2024, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Johnson moved that the minutes of March 22, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3499 (Brand) Maximum train length established, and penalties provided.

Chair Becker-Finn moved that HF 3499 be recommended to be re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee.
