JUDICIARY FINANCE AND CIVIL LAW MINUTES

Representative Jamie Becker-Finn, Chair of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM on March 21, 2023 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Niska moved that the minutes of March 16, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1873 (Kozlowski) Enforcement authority modified for appropriating water.

Chair Becker-Finn moved that HF 1873 be recommended to be re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee.
