LABOR AND INDUSTRY FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:01 A.M. on May 7th, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Representative Jordan moved that the minutes of April 18, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 4746 (Hassan) Transportation network companies regulated, civil cause of action provided, and criminal penalties imposed

Representative Hussein moved that HF 4746 be re-referred to Ways and Means.

Representative Hussein moved the H4746DE12 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
