Representative Leon Lillie, Chair of the Committee on Legacy Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:32 AM on February 21, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Skraba moved that the minutes from February 14, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
