LEGACY FINANCE COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Leon Lillie, Chair of the Committee on Legacy Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:33 AM on February 15, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

HF 1543 (Frederick) Children’s museums funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Lillie moved that HF 1543 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Legacy Finance Committee omnibus bill.

Representative Frederick presented HF 1543.

Chair Lillie renewed the motion that HF 1543 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Legacy Finance Committee omnibus bill. The bill was laid over.

HF 1024 (Smith) Rochester; Children’s Museum funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Lillie moved that HF 1025 (Smith) be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Legacy Finance Committee omnibus bill.

Representative Smith presented HF 1024.

Chair Lillie renewed the motion that HF 1024 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Legacy Finance Committee omnibus bill. The bill was laid over.

HF 1263 (Hussein) Minnesota Children’s Museum funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Hussein moved that HF 1263 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Legacy Finance Committee omnibus bill.
