Representative Kelly Moller, Chair of the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:41 AM on, February 15th, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Curran moved that the minutes of February 13th 2024 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 3398 (Moller) Direct services and advocacy for victims of certain crimes grant funding increased, and money appropriated.
Vice Chair Feist assumed the gavel.
Vice Chair Feist moved that HF3398 be laid over.
