PUBLIC SAFETY FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Kelly Moller, Chair of the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:31 AM on, April 16th, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Feist moved the minutes of April 4th, 2024, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 5216 (Moller) Department of Public Safety, Department of Corrections, and Clemency Review Commission funding and related policy changes provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Moller moved that HF5216 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Moller moved the HF5216DE1 Amendment.
