Representative Kelly Moller, Chair of the Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM on February 14, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Curran moved that the minutes from February 9, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 226 (Moller) Prosecutor-initiated sentence adjustments established, and sentencing reporting required.
Chair Moller moved that HF 226 be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.
Chair Moller moved the H0226A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
