Rules and Legislative Administration Committee Minutes

Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 11:15 am on April 26, 2024, in Capitol 120.

A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Hollins moved the minutes from April 25, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 moved to refer HF5363 to the Committee Judiciary Finance and Civil Law. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved the adoption of the Calendar for the Day pursuant to rule 1.21 & 3.33, The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates Tuesday, April 30, 2024 for the adoption of the Calendar for the Day and has established a pre-filing requirement for amendments offered to those bills. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting adjourned at 11:32 am.
