TESTIMONY: Testimony will be limited to fifteen minutes in support, and fifteen minutes against. Each testifier will be limited to two minutes. No remote testimony will be accepted on this bill. Testifier requests must be submitted to the Committee Administrator Jeanne.Stuart@house.mn.gov by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 3rd. Please include your name, preferred title, salutations and pronouns, and your intention to testify for or against the bill.
