Rules and Legislative Administration Committee Minutes

Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 9:03 am on May 15, 2024, in the SOB Basement Hearing Room.

Vice Chair Hollins moved the minutes from May 13, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved the 2024-R24A Resolution on Facilities. Lori Hodapp, Chief Sergeant at Arms testified. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved the 2024-R25A Resolution on Parking. Lori Hodapp, Chief Sergeant at Arms testified. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved the 2024-R26 Resolution on House Journal. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved the 2024-P4D Per Diem Living Expenses during Interims Policy. Pete Skwira, House Controller testified. THE MOTION PREVAILED.



Chair Long renewed the motion of the adoption of the Calendar for the Day pursuant to rule 1.21 & 3.33, The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates Friday, May 17, 2024, for the adoption of the Calendar for the Day and has established a pre-filing requirement for amendments offered to those bills. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting adjourned at 9:31 am.
