Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 8:33 am on January 11, 2023 in the State Office Building Basement Hearing Room.

Vice Chair Hollins moved the minutes from January 9, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved to approve Employee Roster. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved to approve Appointments. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved to approve The Change in Status. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved to approve 2023-R5C Resolution on Postage and Digital Constituent Communications. Lori Hodapp, Chief Sergeant-At-Arms of the Minnesota House of Representatives Sergeant-At-Arms, testified on the Resolution and Barb Juleich, Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Budget and Accounting of the Minnesota House of Representatives Budget and Accounting Department. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
