Representative Erin Koegel, Chair of the Sustainable Infrastructure Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:31am on February 8, 2023 in Room 10 of the Minnesota State Office Building. The meeting was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Chair Koegel moved HF1135 to be re-referred to the Climate and Energy Finance and Policy Committee.

Chair Koegel moved the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
