PROPERTY TAX DIVISION MINUTES
Representative Dave Lislegard, Chair of the Division on Property Tax, called the meeting to order at 1:05 PM on March 24, 2023 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Vice Chair Lee moved that the minutes of March 22, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 1377 (Lislegard) Local government aid provisions modified, calculation of local government aid modified, appropriation for local government aid increased, appropriation for county program aid increased, and Mahnomen property tax reimbursement program aid modified.
Chair Lislegard moved that HF 1377 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Taxes.
Chair Lislegard moved the A23-0086 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Lislegard moved the H1337A9 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Anderson moved the H1377A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Anderson moved the H1377A5 amendment.
