TRANSPORTATION FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Committee on Transportation Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM on March 12, 2024, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes of March 7, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3499 (Brand) Maximum train length established, and penalties provided.

Representative Brand moved that HF 3499 be re-referred to Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.

Representative Brand moved the H3499A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
