TRANSPORTATION FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Brad Tabke, Vice Chair of the Committee on Transportation Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 8:31 AM on April 16, 2024, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes of April 9, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 5242 (Hornstein) Tribal worksite training program authorized, transportation facilities capital program established, collection of passenger rail user fees and revenue authorized, previous appropriations modified, driver's license testing funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Hornstein moved HF 5242 before the Committee on Transportation Finance and Policy.
