MINUTES
Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M., on January 31, 2023 in Room 120 of the Capitol Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved the minutes of January 26, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF490 (Becker-Finn) Retroactive driver’s license reinstatement for individuals provided.
Chair Hornstein moved that HF490 be recommended and rereferred to the Ways and Means Committee.
Representative Becker-Finn presented HF490.

HF503 (Pinto) Reintegration license for individuals released from custody established.
Chair Hornstein moved that HF503 be recommended and rereferred to the Ways and Means Committee.
Chair Hornstein moved the A1 amendment to HF503. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF490 be recommended and rereferred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.
Chair Hornstein moved the A1 amendment to HF282. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
