MINUTES

Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M., on February 14, 2023 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes of February 9, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF975 (Moller) Towed vehicle contents retrieval governing requirements amended.

Representative Hornstein moved that HF975 be rereferred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.

Representative Moller presented HF975.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF3 be rereferred to the Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

Chair Hornstein moved the A12 amendment to HF3. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hornstein moved the A13 amendment to HF3. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Greenman presented HF3 as amended.
