Vice Chair Edelson moved that the minutes of March 11, 2024, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4237 (Lislegard) Marked U.S. Highway 169 portion between taconite and Virginia designated as Senator David J. Tomassoni Memorial Cross Range Expressway.
Chair Olson moved that HF 4237 be placed on the General Register.
Chair Olson moved the A24-0240 amendment to HF 4237. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Lislegard presented HF 4237 as amended.
Chair Olson renewed the motion that HF 4237, as amended, be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3071 (Tabke) Plain language standards incorporation required for written driver's examinations, report required, and money appropriated.
Chair Olson moved that HF 3071 be placed on the General Register.
Chair Olson moved the A1 amendment to HF 3071. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Tabke presented HF 3071 as amended.
