Representative Liz Olson, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 9:01 A.M. on Monday, May 13, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Garofalo moved that the minutes of May 10, 2024, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF5363 (Frazier) - Minnesota Paid Leave Law; paid leave provisions modified.
Chair Olson moved that HF 5636 be placed on the General Register.
Chair Olson moved the DE1 amendment to HF 5363.
Chair Olson moved the A24-0337 amendment to the DE1 amendment.
Representative Frazier presented the A24-0337 amendment.

Representative Olson renewed the motion to adopt the A24-0337 amendment to the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Olson renewed the motion to adopt the DE1 amendment as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT, AS AMENDED, WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Frazier presented HF 5363 as amended.
