WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Liz Olson, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. on, Tuesday, January 17, 2023, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Edelson moved that the minutes of January 9, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF26 (Koegel) Federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Olson moved that HF 26 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Koegel presented HF 26.

Chair Olson renewed the motion that HF 26 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

SF40 (Hauschild) Iron ore mining and related industry additional unemployment benefits program establishment.

Chair Olson moved that SF 40 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Lislegard presented SF 40.

Chair Olson renewed the motion that SF 40 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
