Vice Chair Edelson moved that the minutes of March 22, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF36 (Greenman) Worker safety requirements established, and money appropriated.
Chair Olson moved that HF 36 be re-referred to the General Register.
Chair Olson moved the A2 amendment to HF 36. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Greenman presented HF 36 as amended.

Chair Olson renewed the motion that HF 36 as amended be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF70 (Hansen) Agricultural and food processing worker fair labor standard provisions modified.
Chair Olson moved that HF 70 be re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Hansen presented HF 70.
Chair Olson renewed the motion that HF 70 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF10 (Lislegard) Skilled and trained contractor workforce use provided at petroleum refineries.
Chair Olson moved that HF 10 be re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Lislegard presented HF 10.
