MINUTES

Representative Harder, Vice Chair of the Agriculture Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM, on March 12, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lawrence moved the minutes of March 10, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2052 (Anderson) modifying food certificate payment provisions

Chair Anderson moved HF 2052 to be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 1704 (Anderson) Board of Animal Health funding provided, and money appropriated

Chair Anderson moved HF 1704 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Anderson moved the H1704DE3 amendment.

Chair Anderson moved the H1704A1 Amendment to the DE3 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Anderson moved the H1704A4 Amendment to the DE3 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Anderson moved the H1704A5 Amendment to the DE3 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Anderson moved the H1704A2 Amendment to the DE3 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Anderson moved the H1704A3 Amendment to the H1704DE3 Amendment.

Representative Smith requested a roll call vote. The results were as follows:
