MINUTES

Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 8:15AM, on March 12, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Finke moved the minutes of March 11, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED


HF 1865 (Allen) Loans that satisfy the federal qualified mortgage points and fees threshold excluded from the definition of conventional loan.

Representative Allen moved HF 1865 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Allen moved the A1 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Allen renewed the motion that HF 1865 as amended be re-referred to the General Register.

HF 2014 (Dotseth) Notice requirements for conventional loan mortgage documents modified.

Representative Dotseth moved HF 2014 be re-referred to the General Register.
