Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 8:18AM, on March 13, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Stephenson moved the minutes of March 12, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED


HF 1262 (Franson) Food truck license established for the sale of intoxicating liquor.

Chair O’Driscoll moved HF 1262 before the committee to be laid over for possible inclusion in a future liquor bill.
