COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Kaohly Vang Her, Co-Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on March 20, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Perryman moved that the minutes of March 19, 2025, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1392 (Lee, K.) Consumer protection restitution account established, report required, and money appropriated.

Chair Her moved that HF1392 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Her moved that HF1392 A3 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Her renewed the motion to re-refer HF2233 to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF695 (Finke) Places of entertainment required to provide access to potable water at events.

Chair Her moved HF695 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Rep. Finke moved HF695 A1 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
