MINUTES

Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 8:15AM, on March 25, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Rymer moved the minutes of March 20, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED



HF 2335 (Elkins) Preexisting condition limitations on Medicare supplement insurance policies modified.

Chair O’Driscoll moved HF 2335 before the committee to be laid over for possible inclusion in a future omnibus bill.

Chair O’Driscoll renewed the motion that HF 2335 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future omnibus bill. THE BILL WAS LAID OVER


HF 2400 (Huot) Real estate Appraisers; disciplinary sanction matrix established.

Chair O’Driscoll moved HF 2400 before the committee to be laid over for possible inclusion in a future omnibus bill.

Chair O’Driscoll moved HF 2401 before the committee to be laid over for possible inclusion in a future omnibus bill.

Chair O’Driscoll moved HF 2522 before the committee to be laid over for possible inclusion in a future omnibus bill.
