COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Kaohly Vang Her, Co-Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on March 26, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Davids moved that the minutes of March 25, 2025, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2228 (Elkins) Task force on homeowners and commercial property insurance established, report required, and money appropriated.

Rep. Elkins moved HF2228 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Rep. Elkins moved HF2228 A1 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
